Understanding Your Form's Views, Responses, and Completion Rate

   Check your dashboard totals

   Your main dashboard shows account-wide totals: total views, total responses, your overall conversion rate, and the percentage of your forms that have at least one response.

   Check an individual form's numbers

   Open a specific form to see its own views and responses counts, plus its individual completion rate (responses ÷ views).

   Understand what increments each counter

   Views increment on every page load or visit to the form. Responses increment only when someone completes and submits it — so a visitor who opens the form and leaves without finishing counts as a view but not a response.

   Read a low completion rate correctly

   A high view count paired with a low response count means people are seeing the form but not finishing it. The raw rate tells you a problem exists, not which question is causing it.

Frequently asked questions

Does a page reload count as a new view?

Yes — views increment on page load, so each visit or reload adds one, independent of whether the visitor ever submits. That's why completion rate (responses ÷ views) is the more useful number than raw response count alone.

My completion rate is low — where do I look next?

The dashboard and per-form numbers only tell you that drop-off is happening, not where. Check the Pro drop-off analytics on the form's Analytics page to see which question people abandon most.
