Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

SiliForm is an AI-powered conversational form builder that allows users to create, publish, and collect responses through dynamic form experiences. Features include AI form generation, response analytics, integrations with third-party services, and white-label branding options (on paid plans).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

SiliForm offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Current rates:

• Pro Monthly: $20.00 USD per month
• Pro Yearly: $120.00 USD per year (equivalent to $10/month)

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle until you cancel.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

Taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) may be applicable depending on your billing location and will be added to your invoice where required by law.

The Free plan allows creation of up to 3 forms and collection of up to 100 responses per month. Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Exceeding the response limit will pause new response collection until the limit resets or you upgrade to a paid plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.

30-day money-back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at anukool99.johri@gmail.com for a full refund. Refunds are only available for the first billing cycle. Subsequent charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without a refund.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by SiliForm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including form structures and collected responses. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect sensitive personal data (medical, financial, biometric) without appropriate disclosures to your respondents
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Circumvent usage limits through automated means

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiliForm and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
