Privacy Policy

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through Kinde (our authentication provider). We do not store passwords directly.

Usage data: We track your monthly form usage (number of forms created, responses collected) to enforce plan limits and display your dashboard statistics.

Form content: We store the form structures you build and the responses submitted by your respondents. Response data is stored as JSON and associated with the form owner's account.

Payment information: Subscription and billing data (plan type, subscription status, payment IDs) is stored. We do not store your card details — payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay.

Technical data: Server logs may capture IP addresses, browser type, device type, and referring URLs for security and debugging purposes. We also collect metadata on form submissions (device, browser, OS, UTM parameters, geolocation country/region) when available.

• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your account and form data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (cloud-hosted, SOC 2 compliant). File uploads and images are stored in Supabase Storage.

Data is processed and stored in the regions determined by our hosting providers. By using the Service you consent to this transfer and storage.

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Kinde — Authentication and identity management
• Razorpay — Payment processing and subscription management
• Google Gemini (via Google AI) — AI form generation based on your prompts
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Supabase — File and image storage
• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting
• Pexels — Stock image search (for form background images)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Form responses are retained until you delete them or delete your account. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible on the Free plan limits.

If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request an export of your form data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. These are set by Kinde (our auth provider) and are necessary for the Service to function. See our Cookie Policy for details.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
