Is there a limit on forms or responses?

No. Every account, free or paid, gets unlimited forms and unlimited responses — trial or not.

What happens when my trial ends?

You drop to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted or paused — your forms keep collecting responses, you just lose Pro-only features until you upgrade.

What does the Free plan not include?

Free covers unlimited forms/responses, all the basics, and HubSpot/Zapier/webhook integrations, with file uploads capped at 4MB. Pro is about knowing which responses are real: every response gets a quality label that catches bots, speeders, duplicates and pasted or AI-written answers. It also adds custom domains, badge removal, teams, question-level drop-off & geography analytics, UTM tracking, AI response summaries, and priority support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro is billed monthly or yearly and you can cancel anytime from Settings — you'll drop back to Free.
