Conversational Forms That People Actually Finish

You send someone a form and they open a wall of twenty fields. They scroll, sigh, and close the tab — or they rush through typing one-word answers just to make it stop. The data you get back is thin, and half the people never submit at all.

How SiliForm solves it

1

One question per screen

Respondents see a single question at a time with animated transitions, a progress sense, and back/skip navigation. No wall of fields, no scanning — just answer and move on. It reads like a chat, not a tax form.

2

AI rephrases each question in context

SiliForm's engine rewrites the next question conversationally using the answers already given — 'Thanks Priya — what's the best email to reach you on?' instead of 'Email:'. If AI is ever unavailable, the form falls back to your static label, so nothing breaks.

3

Voice input and auto-save built in

Respondents can dictate answers with the microphone button, and every advance is saved as a draft — close the tab mid-form and the answers are still there on return. Those drafts also power question-level drop-off analytics.

Frequently asked questions

What is a conversational form?
A conversational form shows one question per screen in a chat-like flow instead of a long page of fields. It lowers cognitive load, which typically improves completion rates and answer quality — especially on mobile.
Do conversational forms really convert better?
One-question-at-a-time flows reduce the perceived effort of a form and remove the intimidation of seeing every field up front. Typeform built a category on this pattern; SiliForm adds AI phrasing on top so the conversation adapts to each respondent.
What happens if the AI is down?
The form falls back to your original question labels automatically. Respondents still get the one-question-at-a-time flow — they just see your static wording instead of the AI-rephrased version.
Can respondents go back and change answers?
Yes. Back navigation is built in, and a submit-time guard catches any required question that was left empty along the way and lists exactly what's missing.
