Do I need to install a Shopify app to use SiliForm?
No. SiliForm works via an embed code you paste into your Shopify theme. It shows up as a form on any page you choose — product page, homepage, thank-you page — without going through the Shopify app store.
Can I add a post-purchase survey to my order confirmation page?
Yes. Shopify allows custom HTML/JavaScript in the order status page via the 'Additional scripts' setting. Paste your SiliForm embed code there and every customer will see the survey after checkout.
How do I get Shopify order data alongside form responses?
SiliForm doesn't support hidden fields, so an order ID added to the form link is not saved with the response. It does record the UTM source, medium and campaign, and the referrer, on every response automatically (unless the form is anonymous), and on Pro the Geography tab breaks responses down by source and campaign. To match answers to orders, add a short-text question that asks for the order number.
