How to Structure a Long Form With Sections

   Group questions into logical steps

   Use Section blocks to break a long form into digestible parts — a “Contact Info” section, then a “Project Details” section — rather than one continuous list of questions.

   Set each section's default navigation

   Every section has its own default navigation: Next Section, Submit Form, or Jump to a Section. This is what happens when a respondent finishes the section, unless a question inside overrides it.

   Override navigation for a specific answer

   A question inside a section can carry its own per-option branching logic that sends respondents to a different section based on how they answer, overriding the section's default. See Add branching logic to a form.

   Let AI organize sections for you

   Forms generated from a prompt are already organized into sections automatically — you don't need to build the structure from scratch.

   Generate more questions for one section

   If a section needs more questions later, open it and click “Generate questions with AI” — describe what's missing and AI adds matching questions to just that section.

Does AI organize sections for me, or do I have to add them myself?
