How to Reorder, Duplicate, or Delete Questions in the Builder

   Reorder with drag-and-drop

   In the builder's canvas/flow editor, drag a question or section to move it to a new position in the form.

   Duplicate a question

   Use the duplicate action on any question block to create a copy positioned right after the original. This is useful for near-identical questions — for example, cloning a rating question to ask about a different aspect, then just editing the label.

   Delete a single question

   Use the delete/remove action on a question block to take it out of the form. This removes only that question, not the rest of the form.

   Delete the whole form, if that's what you need

Does duplicating copy a question's settings, not just its wording?

Yes — duplicating creates a full copy of the question positioned right after the original, so you only need to edit what's different (like the label), not rebuild its settings.

Can I duplicate an entire section, not just one question?

Duplication is available on individual question blocks. Reordering with drag-and-drop, on the other hand, works for both questions and sections.
