How to Get Notified When Someone Submits Your Form

Open Builder → Settings and toggle “email me on each response.” You'll get an email with a response snippet every time someone submits, plus automatic milestone emails as your response count grows — no setup beyond the toggle.

Open form Settings
In the builder, switch to the Settings tab for the form you want notifications on.

Turn on response emails
Enable “email me on each response” to get an email with a snippet of the answer each time someone submits. If the toggle is greyed out, unpublish the form first to change it, then republish.

Milestone emails are automatic
No toggle needed — SiliForm automatically emails you when a form crosses 10, 50, 100, 500, and 1000 total responses.

Route data elsewhere instead (optional)
For real-time syncing to a CRM or spreadsheet instead of email, connect a Zapier/generic webhook or HubSpot integration from the same Settings tab.
