How to Connect HubSpot or Zapier to Your Form
Last updated 2026-08-02
Open Builder → Settings → Integrations. For HubSpot, connect your account once and matching answers auto-map to contact fields. For Zapier, paste a webhook URL — every submission (and optionally partial saves) posts there, signed for verification.
- 1
Open the Integrations section
In the builder, go to Settings, then find the Integrations panel for HubSpot and Zapier/webhooks.
- 2
Connect HubSpot
Click Connect HubSpot and authorize your account once. On every submission, labeled answers (email, name, phone, company, and more) are mapped to standard HubSpot contact properties and upserted by email — submissions without an email are skipped.
- 3
Or set up a Zapier/generic webhook
Paste your Zapier “Catch Hook” URL (or any endpoint) into the webhook field. A signing secret is generated automatically so you can verify each payload's X-SiliForm-Signature header.
- 4
Test before you rely on it
Use “Send Test” to fire a sample payload at your webhook, or submit a real test response, before pointing production workflows at the integration.
- 5
Sync partial submissions (optional)
Toggle “sync in-progress submissions” to also fire events as respondents fill the form (form.partial) and if they abandon it (form.dropoff), not just on final submit (form.response).
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need Pro for HubSpot or Zapier?
- No — both integrations are available on every plan, including Free.
- What if a submission has no email?
- HubSpot upserts contacts by email, so a submission with no email field answered is skipped for HubSpot sync (it's still saved as a normal response).
