Which Form Fields Map to HubSpot Contact Properties

   Check the supported properties

   SiliForm recognizes question labels for these standard HubSpot contact properties: email, firstname, lastname, phone, company, website, city, state, country, zip, and jobtitle.

   Label questions clearly

   Mapping is based on the question's label, so word questions in plain, recognizable terms — e.g. “Email Address” or “Company” — rather than unusual phrasing, to give them the best chance of mapping to the right property.

   Understand the email requirement

   Contacts are upserted by email — SiliForm uses the email address to match an existing HubSpot contact or create a new one. If a submission has no answered email question, it's skipped for HubSpot sync (it's still saved as a normal SiliForm response either way).
