How to Customize Your Form's Design (Colors, Fonts, Logo)

Last updated 2026-08-02

Open the builder's Design panel to upload a logo, pick a font, and set background/text/button colors. Use “Apply to all pages” to push the theme across every question, welcome, and end screen instantly, without touching each one manually.

  1. 1

    Open the Design panel

In the builder, click the Design icon to open the global design drawer.

  2. 2

    Upload your logo

Upload a logo up to 5MB. It appears across your form's screens; remove or replace it any time before publishing.

  3. 3

    Pick a font and colors

Choose a font from the preset list, then set background, question-text, and button colors using a preset swatch or the hex picker.

  4. 4

    Apply to every screen

Click “Apply to all pages” to push your color choices across every section, question, welcome screen, and end screen in one action — instead of styling each individually.

  5. 5

    Fine-tune individual questions (optional)

Need one question to stand out? Open that question's own appearance panel to override the background, layout, or image for just that screen.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the design after publishing?
No — design and settings lock once a form is published. Unpublish it first if you need to make changes, then republish.
What image formats can I use for the logo?
Any standard image file up to 5MB, uploaded via the Design panel; it's stored in SiliForm's file storage.
