   Understand this only applies to Dynamic forms

   Conversational (Dynamic) forms check text-type answers — email, phone, name, and general text/paragraph questions — before letting you move to the next question. Static forms don't run this live check.

   Recognize a hard block

   An “Invalid input” message means the answer failed a format check — an email that isn't valid-looking, a phone number outside 10-15 digits, a name field with numbers or symbols, or heuristics like text that's too short, too long, mostly special characters, repetitive or nonsense, or contains profanity. You can't proceed until you fix it.

   Recognize a soft warning

   A “Heads up” message means an AI check flagged the answer as syntactically fine but placeholder-like — for example something resembling test@example.com or 1234567890. This doesn't block you; review it and proceed anyway if you're confident it's correct.

   Fix and continue

   For a hard block, correct the actual formatting issue in the field. For a soft warning, either edit the answer or dismiss the warning and submit as-is.
