Why Is My File Upload Failing?

Most upload failures come down to file size (10MB max) or file type (images, PDF, Word, Excel, text, and CSV only — no video). If there's no error and the upload just spins, that's usually a slow or unstable connection, not a rejected file — retry once it's stable.

Files over 10MB are rejected. Check the file's size and compress or resize it if needed.

Only images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP), PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx), plain text, and CSV are accepted. Video files are a common one that gets rejected — they aren't supported.
