How to Share or Embed a Form

   Publish your form

   Sharing options only unlock once a form is published — toggle Publish in the builder first.

   Open the Share panel

   Click the Share button in the builder (or the floating share button) to open the Link, Embed, and Social tabs.

   Copy your short link or QR code

   The Link tab shows your siliform.ai/f/{slug} URL. Add UTM source/medium/campaign parameters for tracking, or download the QR code as an SVG for print.

   Embed on your site

   Switch to the Embed tab and copy the iframe snippet — it works in Notion, Webflow, Squarespace, or any HTML page.

   Share on social (optional)

   The Social tab has pre-written Twitter/X and LinkedIn post text linking to your form.

Frequently asked questions

Can I customize the short link?

Yes — edit the slug in Builder → Settings → Form link, even after publishing. Changing it breaks the old short link, but the original permanent link keeps working.

Can I put my form on my own domain?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Connect a domain in Settings → Custom domain and every form becomes reachable at yourdomain.com/{slug}.
