How to Get an AI Summary of Your Responses (Pro)

On a form's Analytics page, the AI Summary card (Pro) generates a sentiment label, key themes, notable patterns, and actionable insights from your free-text responses. It needs at least 3 responses to run, and you can regenerate it anytime after collecting more.

Open the AI Summary card
On a form's Analytics page, find the AI Summary card. On the Free plan it's locked — blurred, with an “AI Summary is a Pro feature” message and an Upgrade to Pro link.

Generate the summary
On Pro, click “Generate AI Summary.” You need at least 3 collected responses first; below that, the card just tells you there isn't enough data yet.

Read the results
The output includes an overall sentiment label — Positive, Neutral, Mixed, or Negative — with a short justification sentence, plus Key Themes, Notable Patterns, and Actionable Insights lists drawn from your actual free-text answers.

Regenerate as responses come in
Click Regenerate to re-run the summary any time, such as after collecting a new batch of responses.
Frequently asked questions
- Why does it say there isn't enough data?
- The AI Summary needs at least 3 responses before it will run. Collect more responses and try again.
- Is it useful for a form that's mostly multiple-choice?
- It works best on forms with a lot of free-text answers — open-ended feedback and surveys. A form that's mostly multiple-choice with little written text gives the AI less to analyze, so the summary will be thinner.
