How to Cancel or Change Your SiliForm Subscription
Last updated 2026-08-27
Go to Settings → Account & Subscription and click Cancel subscription, then confirm in the dialog. Your subscription stops renewing but you keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — only then does the account move to the Free plan. Nothing you've built is deleted. To change how often you're billed instead of cancelling, use Switch between monthly and yearly on the pricing page.
- 1
Open Account & Subscription
Go to Settings → Account & Subscription. It shows your current plan status — Pro Plan or Free plan — your usage, and any scheduled change.
- 2
Click Cancel subscription
If you're on Pro, click the Cancel subscription button.
- 3
Confirm in the dialog
A confirmation dialog titled “Cancel subscription?” names the exact date the cancellation takes effect and explains that you keep full Pro access until then. Click “Keep subscription” to back out, or the destructive “Cancel” button to confirm.
- 4
Keep using Pro until the period ends
After confirming, the page shows when your plan ends and swaps the cancel button for Resubscribe. You keep every Pro feature until that date — cancelling never cuts access short or forfeits time you've paid for.
- 5
Continue on Free afterwards
When the paid period ends, the account moves to the Free plan. Your forms and responses aren't deleted; you just lose Pro-only features like drop-off analytics, UTM attribution, AI response summaries, and custom domains.
- 6
Come back to Pro later
Click Resubscribe on the Settings page (or Upgrade to Pro once you're on Free) to go to the pricing page and start a new subscription. You can resubscribe even while the old one is still winding down.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I lose access as soon as I cancel?
- No. Cancelling is scheduled to the end of the cycle: Pro stays fully active until the date shown in the confirmation dialog, and only then does the account move to Free.
- Do I get a refund for the rest of my billing period?
- There's nothing to refund — you keep Pro for the whole period you paid for, and billing simply doesn't renew after it. If you need specifics on a particular charge, check your Razorpay receipt or contact support.
- Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing without cancelling?
- Yes. On the pricing page, choose the other billing cadence and confirm the switch — your subscription, billing history, and payment mandate stay in place. The change is queued to the end of your current period so you don't forfeit what you've already paid for, and the Settings page shows the scheduled date until it lands.
- Why does my bank ask me to approve a new mandate when I switch to yearly?
- Your original mandate was authorised for the monthly amount, and the yearly charge is larger than it allows. Your bank or UPI app therefore asks you to approve a new mandate before the first annual charge — both the switch dialog and the Settings page warn you about this up front.
- Can I undo a cancellation?
- Not in place — a cancelled subscription can't be reinstated. Use Resubscribe to start a new one; you can do that at any time, including before the old period has finished.
