How to Cancel Your SiliForm Subscription

   Open Account & Subscription

   Go to Settings → Account & Subscription. It shows your current plan status — Pro Plan or Free plan — and your usage.

   Click Cancel subscription

   If you're on Pro, click the Cancel subscription button.

   Confirm in the dialog

   A confirmation dialog titled “Cancel subscription?” explains that this stops your recurring billing and downgrades you to the Free plan. Click “Keep subscription” to back out, or the destructive “Cancel subscription” button to confirm.

   Keep using your account on Free

   After cancelling, you keep Free-plan access — your forms and responses aren't deleted, you just lose Pro-only features like drop-off analytics, UTM attribution, AI response summaries, and custom domains.

   Upgrade again later

   To go back to Pro, click the Upgrade now link on the same Settings page, which takes you to the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Do I get a refund for the rest of my billing period?

Cancelling stops future billing and downgrades you to Free — it isn't documented as issuing a prorated refund for the current period. Check your Razorpay receipt or contact support if you need specifics on a particular charge.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing without cancelling?

There's no separate switch-cadence flow. Cancel your current subscription, then subscribe again at the other billing cadence from the pricing page.
